I have seen Dr. Lindsey for a number of years, but after the treatment I have received from his office (i.e., Lindsey, his clerk-receptionist) I will not be going back and cannot recommend any patients going to Dr. Lindsey unless you like dealing with frustration, aggravation, and rude office help. I have been receiving statements from his office showing a balance due since March 2016 when actually my account is paid in full. Apparently, it has do with their insurance processes, but this has been going on for eight months with no end in sight. Each month, when I request the situation be corrected, I receive only excuses and rude explanations without any valid reasons. After eight consecutive months of waiting for the situation to be corrected, today I requested some documentation in writing that my account balance is zero (which they have verbally acknowledged). Since I am receiving these written notices of a balance due on a monthly basis, for my protection, I simply requested a acknowledgment in writing that my balance is zero. The clerk-receptionist refused in very rude terms and would not even listen to my concerns. I am tired of dealing with such a rude employee and will be moving on.

Dr. Lindsey was very concerned and patient with my eye exam. I appreciated him being well informed about the different types of contacts that I could use and ones that would not work for me. I felt so comfortable w/ Dr. Lindsey I took my 8 year old to him.

Dr. Lindsey has been very kind. He has done a good job trying to fit me with contacts and glasses even though it's like trying to hit a moving target because of my age. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
