They are concerned about quality and will always make it right if not perfect to start with. I tried another "commercial eye glasses provider" to save money and got piss poor quality, was told that I just needed to get used to the weird visual problem I was having, remade the lenses twice before I gave up and got my money back, and came back to Dr Graham who not only provided quality eyeglasses but at what I found out to be less cost that the supposedly less expensive competitor.
