Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I really like Dr. Roberts. He answered all my questions, then took time on a later date to answer a question I had and helped me make a decision about another health issue. He is friendly, courteous and concerned about my eye health. The staff is helpful, as well. They let me take frames home to decide what I wanted, then offered to order a different color of the ones I was interested in, so I am very happy with the total experience.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their eye equipment was state-of-the-art and really sophisticated. It's so much better than other optometrists I've been to.
