I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.
