WOW! They had a cancellation and could see me the day I called. My previous eye doctor couldn't see me for 3 months (hard to believe) so I was grateful to get in so soon. Great staff and they knew how to answer all my questions about my insurance. Dr. B was very serious and explained all about my terrible dry eyes (something I had never been told about before!) Started treatment and now my eyes feel great. And my new glasses - I LOVE them. They have a "big city" selection in this small town. I highly recommend Eufaula Eye and Dr. Benavides.

Their office is relaxing and comfortable and is equipped with the latest in eye care technology. I went in for new glasses but was diagnosed with a sight threatening condition that if it hadn't been treated, I could have lost my sight. Great eye doc. Will recommend to everybody I know! Best eye exam and care ever.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make sure I understand everything regarding my care.
