Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
