They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free.
