Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
No, they were out of everything!
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Does this provider treat every client equally?
Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, the experience is pleasant.
