Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I didn't actually make an appointment because the person who answered the telephone was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken with. I explained to her that I was new in the area and that I wanted to make an appointment. She was condescending and there was NOTHING friendly or inviting. I suppose that if she turns people away by her ugliness, she won't have as much work to do, or else she thinks she has some resemblence of power that is probably not there at all! I had read reviews on the web that said the office staff was unfriendly, but I always like to make those decisions for myself. The web ratings were very generous....this person was an absolute idiot!
