Excellent diagnosis and treatment. I had endocrine problems which were a mystery for many months until this doctor helped me with my diagnosis and treatment. Office was somewhat dated, but staff was responsive and easy to get appointment.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
