Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. - I can't say enough about Dr. Julie Hendrix and her staff - I send everyone their way because I am 100 % confident their own experience will be as wonderful as mine have always been in the 7 years she has been my doctor. Dr. Julie Hendrix has called me herself with lab and test results and is as concerned about my health and general well being as close family would be... Can never thank her enough for helping to keep me healthy! :)

The office was easy enough to find. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. You don't always get a person right away but they are quick to return your call.

I am never put on hold because the phone is answered by a machine. Usually they get back to me fairly quick. If I feel a little rushed, it's my own fault. Dr. Hendrix rarely makes me feel rushed and I feel free to ask her almost anything. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their staff is the very friendly.
