This web site is "leading," designed to pull wonderful reviews from people.
I've met with Dr. Fratila once,and superlatives are in order all around, about the location, the practice, and her competence and manner in interacting with me.
On the other hand, this web site seems to be designed to produce either a "whitewash" review or to scare people off. This way of putting words in reviewers' mouths/keyboards is, to my way of thinking, unethical.
The bad news is that neither Dr. Fratila nor her colleagues can do anything about it. The "keepers" of the web site might want to consider writing phony reviews for restaurants, which might pay a little better.
Dr. Fratila and her colleagues should just keep chugging along. They are just fine.
