Dr. Assaf is personable and thorough. I was particularly impressed with the flexibility of his schedule. I typically get an appointment within a week of calling. Dr. Assaf is also diligent in his follow up with results, calling me personally on my cellphone.

I was very appreciative with how quickly my calls were answered and that my daughter was seen as soon as possibly. The staff were very understanding and attentive - especially to my young daughter. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. It was encouraging to see that Dr. Assaf is highly respected by his staff and other doctors. I felt like an extra effort was made to get to know my daughter and find out what she needed. I definitely felt that they understood how concerned we were feeling and really tried their best to make us feel at ease. Everyone made an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I would highly recommend Dr. Assaf.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
