Ive been going to Dr. Mackey's office for 2 years now. I usually go 2 times a year for check ups and for my prescription. I am extremely displeased with whoever that works at the front desk of this doc. Office. I paid almost $50 for some face wash that I needed and NEVER got it. I call to make an apt. For a check up and to get another 6 month supply of my prescription for my acne and the woman working at the desk acted and sounded as though I was bothering her by trying to make an apt. for my annual check up. Needless to say before I got off the phone I cancelled my apt. And will no longer be going to Dr. Mackey's office. It makes a world of a difference when you have good employees working for you and then you have the bad, well the bad employee caused this doc. to loose me as a patient. I will no longer be sending any of my friends or co workers to see Mackey and I'll be sure to stress to others that it's a waste of money when you can go to a dermatologist who has a positive and friendly atmosphere.
To whoever that works at the front desk, you need to learn what professionalism is because if you don't everyone will just make the hour drive to Birmingham instead of having to deal with you.
