Dr. Gaston is the BEST DERMATOLOGIST and the most caring/considerate doctor that we have ever experienced! Due to my daughter's eczema, we have had so many dermatologists for the past 30 years and we are so blessed to have found Dr. Gaston! He always took care of his patients even some cannot afford to pay. I have witnessed his generosity to many patients that came for medical help.

I love Dr Gaston, but his office visits scheduling is the worst!! Appointment are never the time you actually schedule them for. Too often, I have made an appointment and have to wait 1-2 hours after the initial time of my appointment. That is unacceptable. The office staff is not very professional either.

The best Dermatologist in the State of Maryland. Scheduling appointment can be improved, may not receive an appointment for several months, but worth the wait. Dr. Gaston has impeccable knowledge and skills in the area of skin condition to the point he can diagnose your conditions in seconds. He diagnosed my sister's Sarcoidosis and referred her back to lung specialist for a confirmed diagnosis. I actually was diagnosed with Rosea pityriasis which starts out looking like chicken potts. I only had a mild case of it, but just a visual look and prescribed some lotion to get rid of them and the condition started to hear. Dr. Gaston will not disappoint you.
