They were friendly enough at this office. I was welcomed but that was about it. They are WAY overbooked at the CEDAR LANE OFFICEt. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

His staff are not the friendliest. They just get the job done.. I got an appointment quickly. But, there are long waits sometimes. Dr. Barnett is quite competent though..

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
