They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

I've been a patient for over 5 years. It is almost impossible to get an appointment! Last time I was in I was given a card by the secretary that says to call in July for an August appointment. So I called in July for an August appointment and the best they could do was October the 17th. Had I known they were 5 months behind I would have called earlier! When I do go in for my appointment all my concerns are brushed off and things are looked at quickly, as though the dr. doesn't have time. If I have to wait over 5 months to get in, I better get some thought and care. I'll be looking for a new dermatologist because this place is just getting ridiculous.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
