Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Called to make an appointment in august as a new patient. referrred by my pcp. they sent me papers to fill out with the wrong address on them. Thankfully I have a good mailman. I kept the papers to take to my appointment which was 6 months later. January 12,2012. When I got there the receptionist said the doctor wasnt in today,and that they called and left a message in Sept. They had written down the wrong #. If the doctor is as incompentent as her help,I better go somewhere else. What a joke. Not even an apology
