The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Do not use this office or Dr. Mollock. Totally bad experience. He is a liar and all he cares about is money, certainly not his patients. He quoted me a price on some cosmetic procedures in a consultation and then the day of procedure he changed another price--obviously much more than in the consultation. When I spoke to him about it, he said he didn't remember. I went ahead and had the procedure done--some laser treatments to remove some dark sun spots on my face. It did take off the dark spots but in return I got some pre-cancerous brown spots that he them had to freeze off and he charged me for. He also did the oblative procedure on my face to get rid of small lines around my mouth. Showed me pictures of past patient results and said I "was a perfect candidate" for this and how happy I would be after if was done. After a week of recuperation I went back to show him nothing changed. He said give it three months and I would see results. Guess what... after three months still no change. This cost me over $2,000 for nothing but pain and aggravation. I asked him to redo it and he flatly refused. He admitted it didn't work on me but had another case of amnesia and didn't remember telling me how satisfied I would be. My advice is to steer clear of this office. He is a smooth con artist only out for your money.
