HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. If you have to wait to see a doctor, don't wait for this one! He is rude, arrogant and the staff does not even know what they are doing. PATIENT'S ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
