I was a cash customer and they were more than willing to work with me, coming up with a reasonable per visit cost. Got a good break at the lab too. Qualitatively, Dr. Ladenheim knows his stuff. He is much more accurate in diagnostics and listened to me as a patient. The staff is friendly and makes an effort to know me and my needs even though I don't go in frequently (he's a specialist) and my condition is easily managed. They are busy but don't overbook as bad as I've seen a lot of places. For cardiology, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. In fact, I travel from Bakersfield to Burbank just to see him, he's that good!

Absolutely!

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I have also referred my mother for care and Dr. Ladenheim has helped her immensely. The staff in the office always make us feel at home and is extremely attentive.
