One thing I appreciated was that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
