When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff was extremely friendly and went to great lengths to make me feel at home. I felt very welcome there. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I knew that I was in the very best possible care. Westover Cardiology has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
