This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Ilya V Kaplan, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
