All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

While waiting for my appointment I noted that the chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. My only concern is that the wait time can be extremely long sometimes.
