I went in for an Endoscopy procedure the end of 2013. Leopoldo Montejo was the Anesthesiologist. I get a bill in the mail stating they had billed my insurance..however, they billed it Incorrectly and instead of Them doing Their Job...they told me to deal with it!! I thought I had done so and that it would be taken care of. However, I end up getting a notification that my account has been sent to Collections! WTF?! I have been disputing this with the credit bureaus, to no avail. It is now 2016 and I have this Unwarranted Collection on my credit report!!
