There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They were quick and attentive . I didn't have any worries after speaking with the front office person. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely open and airy it was it was very calming. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain. They are always polite which I really appreciate. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They are very family friendly.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Stephen H Whitelaw, DC. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. Stephen H Whitelaw, DC was fantastic! Stephen H Whitelaw, DC seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed. Stephen H Whitelaw, DC was easy to reach in an emergency. I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The chairs in Stephen H Whitelaw, DC's waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
