The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
