They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.
