Don't let this kind old lady face fool you. She will greet you, let you share your hurt and without a moment's notice blast you with judgement. Yes , not even flowery judgement just straight out disapproval of what you did that got you so damn depressed. You see as she is listening to you, she's developing a maladptive belief of what societal norm you broke. She will bark at you that you are desparate and lay thoughts of suicidal ideation in your head because she believes your life to be so pathetic and not worth living. Yes, this therapist has 0 compassion and can't fathom the notion that depressed people may just want to get better rather than suicide. When you disagree with her archaic, superficial assessment, she will tell you that she can't work with you. What she doesn't know is that her practice as a therapist crosses ethical and moral boundaries. If you want to be judged definately make an appointment with this her, but if you want to work on your issues, you'd be better off watching a Dr. Phil episode. Definitely get someone younger, this woman is rigid and incapable of modernizing her beliefs to help you.

Dr. Fiedler gave me great advice and the necessary tools to deal with several different issues ranging from how to deal with teens to longtime, deeply-rooted, complicated extended family dynamics. Making appointments with her was effortless, billing was simple and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Dr. Fiedler helped me survive my first depression, in my 20's. Gave me tools to respond to situations better and skills to recognize my patterns and not fall back into them. I have seen her for short periods of time - a year or less for life changes that I needed help with in my 30's & 40's. Her service has been invaluable to me and my husband and our families.

No, it was expensive.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

I have been very thankful to have gotten the advise I needed when I needed it. Continued support has been wonderful! I got in when I needed to and never had to wait in the office. I was always greeted with a friendly smile and felt at ease and listened to and I got resolution of my problems and direction each visit.

I don't think she was very experienced or well-trained. She didn't know what she was doing at all. She seemed lost and confused for most of the session. She wasn't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. She doesn't treat her clients equally at all, and only make time for her favorite clients. If she didn't like me, she didn't make time for me. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
