She retired too soon I miss seeing Ms chubb. I felt safe she help me with my fear anxiety of being in a dress she encourage me in a dress for our session. Wished she address me by Ms and my female name.

Ms Maggie best I been too. Help me with my fear and anxiety when I in a dress and to accept and understand my desire to cross dress. Miss seeing her. I was making real progress. Wish she let me back. Ms Chub is the best I ever seen. She is friendly and warm. Help me to understand and too accept my cross dressing. Not to be scared too cross dress Wish she let me back. I really miss seeing her. gave me more help than any one else ever did

Maggie Chubb is probably the worst therapist I have ever seen and I've been to quite a few. She claims to be a transgender specialist but doesn't know the first thing about it, or even how to speak to a trans person. The only reason I didn't get up and walk out in the middle of the appointment is because I kept my focus on her therapy dog, who was much better company. She insisted repeatedly on knowing my old name which was not relevant or even my legal name anymore. She used rude terms to refer to me and asked irrelevant questions about my childhood. The kicker was I wasn't even seeing her for transgender therapy, I was there for anxiety and depression. When I told her about my family psych history she laughed in my face. I have never been so offended by a medical professional in my life. I broke down in tears on the way home. If you are a trans person avoid chubb like the plague

I would NOT recommend this therapist to anyone for any reason. First, she is a self-professed "gatekeeper"; and seems to be proud of this. I found this very disturbing, as it is well known that the best professionals in the fields these days avoid the gatekeeper mentality. Secondly, she does not respect gender pro-nouns and names, and lastly is careless (if not dangerous) as she "attempts" to provide therapy in areas where she has little experience. I would actually rate her as zero stars!; but it would not let me submit it that way.
