Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Dr. Vera is a great counselor: Compassionate, knowledgeable, connecting and gracious. Her knowledge of handling emotional issues in a structured, compassionate way, helped me move through the grief process from the death of my husband. I have retured to deal with other issues with her due to her ability to be supportive while helping one move through issues and solve problems in their personal life.
