Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.
