I felt very comfortable with Kathy from the first meeting. I feel easy about expressing myself and know that I have the answers within me to my problems. She provides a safe place for me to delve into myself and bring those answers out. I can lay it all out on the table for me to see whats bothering me and then Kathy helps me explore those thoughts and consider possible solutions. I can hear the answers clearly when I'm really ready and turn toward wanting a solution.
