I saw Shelley off an on for about a year or two. I never got much out of talking to her, but I was young, dumb, and didn't realize I could easily find a different person to talk to. The last appointment I had, she made me feel 10x worse than I did when I had come in. That's when I decided it was the final straw. She never tried helping me cope with my emotions, just let me ramble, threw in her personal two cents, accepted my money, and said "See you next time". It's only now, a year or two after that day, that I'm thinking about going back to therapy again and realize that she actually has made me afraid to speak with another therapist. I'm so concerned I'll get ripped off again and made to feel like absolute trash about my depression and anxiety (again). I believe she's a nice enough person, but I just don't think she communicates well enough to do any good for anyone who actually is struggling with something.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I had a conversation trying to make an appointment for my son. My son needed help and I was a little desperate. She checked her appointment book and said she was not available at all. I just thought it was for the week and she said ,"based on the times I gave that my son was available she would not be able to fit me in EVER!. I was disappointed because after having previous conversations with her I felt she really cared with our problems. She obviously didn't or she was way to busy to accomodate me. She told me to find other providers and hung up. VERY RUDE.
