I am very happy I found Cindy. I think she is really good at letting me talk about what I want but I also think she is good at directing the session to make sure it doesn't drag too long on an issue that is not productive for my personal issues. I feel she knows when I need to just talk but I really feel like each session feels like I am working on a goal. I've had other therapists where I feel like I am able to talk freely but I leave the session feeling like I am not sure I learned anything. She will usually do a recap at the end of the session to reiterate what we talked about and how it is related to my main goal. I'm not sure this makes sense but I never write reviews and made the effort because I think she is very good.
She is also very acomidating when I need to change an appointment.
