I hope Craydon is finally shut down. The pain and suffering inflicted in his 'office' is nothing short of criminal. The trauma experienced in that man's house dwarfs the trauma I was trying to overcome. Lesson learned, do not ever see a therapist who works from some weird at home office.

As a healthcare worker, I have been in tele-therapy with Dr. McDonald since March 2020 when the pandemic began. I first did therapy with him more than two decades ago when I was in a major life transition. I found Dr. McDonald to be compassionate and nonjudgemental, guiding from the wise inner voice that is deeply soothing and healing. Then, as now, I have found Dr. McDonald to be reliably wise in his perspective expressing unconditional positive regard. I was first introduced to the concept of nurturing my inner child in my therapy work with him. Since then, I continue to grow in ways I always hoped for yet wondered if attainable, reaping the benefits in my relationship with self, family and others. Through our work I gained tools that I rely on daily. As my inner voice has strengthened, my empathy for self and others is my dominant trait and I experience peace and serenity that is priceless. Hiring Dr.McDonald as my therapist was life altering and changed the trajectory I was on. I could not more highly recommend him as a psychotherapist.

Dr. McDonald changed my life for the better. I have suffered from anxiety and felt empty for my whole life. I have a much better understanding of my own self. Would recommend.

Craydon McDonald is the most unprofessional, offensive, and judgemental men I have ever met. He looks at the world through a fundamentalist bias with such reckless abandon that I have no idea how he hasn't been shut down. Come to think of it, this is probably why he holds his office in his weird situation of a home. My fiance and I came to him to help, and instead he tried to convince her to leave me after only 8 sessions, and call off the wedding. Unless you are interested in fundamentalist judgement being thrown at you with no remorse, stay far away from this man. For the record, my wife and I are still happily married 4 years later. This man should be stripped of all licenses. If you need more proof, read into some of the reviews from when he was a professor in Flagstaff. Its not one or two reviews, its allll the students calling him weird, crazy religious, judgemental, etc. Also, notice the only other Google review other than this one, has the same last name as him. Coincidence? STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN

I have to wonder if any of these reviews are made by real reviewers or can just be made freely. I have personally seen Dr. McDonald off and on for a number of years. Dr. Donald McDonald is very kind, soft spoken, and knowledgeable. His office is very comforting for a struggle mind. I enjoy my visits with Dr. McDonald, they are very helpful for my life. I will continue to see Dr. McDonald and I would recommend him.

Craydon has moved to Phoenix, AZ. He does not have an office but works from his house. Craydon seems to be struggling with person issues and I'm not confident in his ability to help with my problems when he can't keep his own life straight, ya know? He does not take emergency calls and he has a very old school, Freud type approach to therapy. Almost like is is working from the DSM-III while the DSM-IV is out.

I would not see this dr. He is very negative and would not help you at all. Seems like he is just looking for money. He said he would charge me 100, but would charge the insurance company 250 dollars. That is not right, no wonder why insurance rates keep going up. He was not helpful at all.
