I booked a 24 hour retreat for my husband and I and needed to reschedule.
I was told there would be a $50 rescheduling fee. Here's the problem I called 8 times and sent several emails 2 wks before my arrival. It took the couple who runs this place 1 WHOLE Week to get back to me, horrible unacceptable service.
The women owner was often confused and talks in circles. I hold an MBA, own a few businesses and could not believe this service and business.
On the website there is only cancellation charges for retreats of a week or longer. Clearly I should not have been charged $100 to cancel our 1 day retreat.
Be careful when booking, there is NO contract, please be sure you get as much information as possible and ask for it in writing and beware of the women who runs this retreat, she is often confused and does not truly understand any business practices. It could be the she is ill or some other reason for the poor service. I don't care what kind of business you are, the phone calls and emails should have been returned within 24 hrs, not a whole week later. Good luck and beware......
