Not sure about some of the other reviews, but my son has had his braces on OVER FIVE YEARS! The trip is 1 1/2 hours each way. When I have to reschedule an appointment it takes months to get in! Of course his bill is paid by insurance so it's too late to go elsewhere. Very disappointed at how this office is run. They book so many patients they run out of chairs. This has been such a long haul, it should never take this long. Every time we ask when will they be coming off we are told by the next season. ie by christmas, by spring etc. Son will be going off to college and this will be way to far to commute!

They kept my braces on for too long, almost 5 years, and they got worse. Staff had an attitude problem and he copped an attitude at times too. I got my teeth evaluated somewhere else and I still have problems to fix that he didn't acknowledge or try to fix. My teeth started moving around when they weren't supposed to. Why does he have a degree let alone his own business?

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the office. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were very quick in scheduling appointments and even has a faster than expected response from my insurance company. The only down sides are that the office is pretty far from my home, but that's because they are the only orthodontic office that accepts my insurance in the area. There is also a very long wait time for initial appointments and consults, but I believe that is because their office is the only one in the area so many people have no choice but to use their office. The doctor is VERY nice and helpful and the staff is very informative and thorough in explaining things to you. I have no major complaints and I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
