I have a problem with the human being who takes charge of checking what the insurance will pay. I had visited the dentist like 20 times this year, got several filling and one crown done. Recently I was charged twice of something that the insurance will cover, in which I have been told, but in fact it did not. This amount is about ~500 USD. This is not a large amount, but I feel I have been lied to, for HALF YEAR. I feel terrible about it. Swear never going back unless my tooth hurt.

Dr. Harvey took a significant amount of time for simple things like filling. In particular making the gap between two teeth, which needs some extra amount of attention(roughly more than 1 hour repairing each filling. Other dentist often took only 20 minutes to do such a filling and often make a poor gap. When I floss it often stuck in there or even pull the filling off and I hate it.) This guy absolutely knows what he is doing and care about patient's teeth like his own.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me.They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
