Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They did work to my daughters tooth without consulting me. Then charged me $189.00 for it. I have no dental insurance and I'm unemployed. I paid the $189.00 but I will never go back.
