Dr Rich made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I think of any more questions. She went above and beyond the call of duty by returning my emergency call during her grandson's basketball game after hours. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have given her 411 to anyone who asks for a superb dentist. She was not the cheapest in town, but I got so much more for my money including time, advice, and all reports and follow-up in writing. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.
