Dr Arndt is extremely professional but also warm and caring. She saved me from having an unnecessary crown about 6 years ago that my previous dentist was recommending. I have never had a more gentle injection of novacaine because she is willing to take the time to do it slowly. Dr Arndt was also very helpful in pointing out orthodontic concerns she found in my daughter's orthodontic treatments and contacted our orthodontist to correct them. We are grateful for the improved outcomes. Her staff is very professional (new receptionist is awesome ) and I always witness them doing very thorough cleanings of their work stations which is very important to me. I have recommended her to several friends who have had problems/issues with their teeth/or other dentist and Dr Arndt has always been able to find a good resolution for them.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr Arndt is an excellent dentist, conscientious and caring.

After visiting Dr. Arndt for the past couple years, I have become increasingly uncomfortable with her services. Although her office is tidy, and the layout nice, I don't like waiting for a half-hour for my appointment when I arrive on time. The front office woman is bubbly and friendly, but somewhat unprofessional in her speech and dress. I didn't mind all of my procedures, but Dr. Arndt and her hygienists didn't seem thorough as I had to come back for multiple (5!) procedures for the same problem. My new dentist not only finished the issue she had been working on for months in a single visit, but said that all of the work done was completely unneccessary and could have been fixed much for economically and efficiently. Also, i don't know if she is trying to hide it or not, but even my children said that Dr. Arndt smells like smoke. I don't want to judge her lifestyle choices, but it doesn't set a very good example of health.
