I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.
