awful experience with Dr Deppen. He didn't explain anything to me. Seemed far more interested in making money. He didn't seem to care one bit my son had waited 3 weeks for the appointment with a toothache, and he still did nothing. Told me if I didn't agree to take my son to Bronson to be put to sleep for multiple expensive procedures, he'd have to refer me somewhere else for the one tooth we had made the appointment for, and the one tooth that continued to hurt him. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone.

Dr. Deppen and his staff have ALWAYS been wonderful to my son. He was scared when he went there for the 1st time at 2 but they made him feel very comfortable. Now, he's 8 and we have had such great experiences. We had a time when an apparatus they were trying was not working well (and was only covered 50% by insurance). Dr. Deppen immediately said he'd refund the amount spent - without us even asking or expecting it. He'd spent a lot of time with our son at that time on this procedure and he refunded the complete amount. I've even seen Dr. Deppen cleaning the kid's play area. His office is very informative and always friendly!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would
