I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Just as a side note, Hampden Family Dentistry is conveniently located right in the middle of Hamden, not far off the bypass. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, they never pressured me

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, they didn't wear any cologne
