My family and I were patients for many years. My wife and I have three children. We enjoyed our visits to the Husband/Wife Dental team and felt they were truly dynamic, high caliber individuals.

The woman in the front office I personally feel is the root of any customer churn/defections this office may be seeing and may not even be aware of it. Evidently the office did not have our updated address on file even though my wife had updated with the administration crew, my wife and kids missed their appointment, I also was a patient and always let the front office know that my wife paid the bills and would settle up on any work completed. they were fine with that there was one bill that was around $200.00 and not only did we never receive a call, or letter for showing we were past 30 days late on such a petty amount, I showed up for my appointment just to be informed that me and my family of 8 years had been fired as a customer, and over such a petty amount that I just paid the day they informed me. I did take it personally because my wife Jessica called on several occasions and after receiving 0 help from the office lady (the newer one) she asked to speak directly to Emily or her Husband which we felt we built a good relationship with and when no calls were returned I told my wife "it has to be a mistake" certainly they will know this is not worth losing a loyal customer to. I was fired as a customer, and since I had just within the last year paid over a thousand dollars to replace a 20 year old crown per Randy, I naturally went back to their office for support when I (and I take full responsibility) bit into something hard and it completely broke the crown on my tooth, i was uncomfortable and just wanted to see the Dentist who had just set the Crown 13 month prior...they (front office woman) refused to help and did not even have the courtesy to call me or my wife directly back after I had left the office. My wife Jess asked if she would have Emily or her husband call back because it had to be a mistake. Thanks to the lack of support and commitment from the Hampden office I just this past week had to have my tooth extracted and pay $4,000 out of my own pocket for an implant. The Dentist that i am seeing was extremely surprised with not only how my family was treated but the amount of decay that was underneath my Crown that should have all been removed.

We truly enjoyed the relationship we had with this team of professionals, we were promoters of their business and would never consider going elsewhere, so this experience hurt. I can tell you as a professional that runs a national organization’s business department that you have to do a better job of assessing the associates that are the face of your practice. The individual I am referring to is not good for the making a customer feel valued, she is condescending, sees things in only Black or White and I personally felt offended after all the years of business with this office to be treated as my family was. I was truly not expecting that. I want to assure you that it is only one woman that has displayed this type of behavior that works at you’re the front office station, The hygienist that works part time at the desk and the lady that has been there since I become a customer are spectacular and a blessing to deal with. The person I am referring to seemed to be older and newer to your team, +/- a year in a half. She certainly didn’t go out of her way to make me feel valued as a long time patient as I always felt I had been.
