Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

No, but I was able to read a magazine

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The Dr. was talking away with his assistant about food and kids, do I really want to listen to this? I am the patient, how about talking to me. The woman out front who no longer works at that office was the reason I used to go. No people skills from the Dentist, I am glad I now go to an Office that they all are on the same league!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

My Boyfriend was recommended to this dentist/office to have a tooth pulled when his oral surgeon had no immediate available appointments. He spoke with them on Monday and was given an appointment for the coming wednesday at 4:15. They called him earlier in the day on Wednesday to get information from him (i.e. address, insurance info phone number etc..) he was at a job site with bad reception and unfortunatly kept getting disconnected - which he explained to the receptionist he was in a poor area. We arrived at the office just at 4pm that afternoon and checked in - The woman whom had called him earlier in the day declared he had no appointment!! She said "Remember I called you and you had a bad connection and kept getting disconnect?? You never called back!" We argued that while that was true we booked the appointent on MONDAY!! Regardless they refused to see him! And instead we were booked for the following morning at 8:30. She asked us to fill out the forms then to save time the following morning. First she asked aloud personal information in the small waiting are --- A breach of HIIPA - with other patients sitting there!! Then gave us more forms to fill out While we sat in the small waiting area - the rude woman continued to make comments about him not having an appointment and about the phone calls she made to him earlier in the day and that he must have a good imagination - etc... RUDE!!

So Thursday Morning and we are heading to the office for or 8:30 appintment. we hit an accident on the highway and are getting held up - we call the office and explain we hit traffice but would be there - just a few minutes late - The SAME woman said not a problem. come on down. We arrived at the appointment 7 minutes late. There was NO ONE in the office... not one patient. The Rude Receptionst greeted us with her same snotty attitude - asked us to have a seat and went out back - only to reappear and tell us that the Dentist has very strict rules about punctuality and that "there are plenty of other dentist around go find another one" (Exact words!) 7 Minutes late!! With a Phone call! Are you kidding me?!!??! Thankfully we found a MUCH MORE accomidating, Professional dentist with a MUCH MORE pleasant staff. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!!
