Staff were so friendly. I was scared out of my mind to have my procedure done, but they made me feel at ease and before I knew it, it was over! No pain after the wisdom teeth removal, healed up very quickly... Dr. Vinci was amazing. I would recommend him to everyone!

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. I couldn't believe how much pain I experienced after my appointment. I was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Very condescending.

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
