They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
